DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
 
If you experience technical difficulties with any audio or video products you purchased from us, send us an e-mail message at Sales@LCEmedia.com with the following information:

 

  • Your name
  • Your address and telephone number
  • Your original invoice or order number
  • The title and type (CD or DVD) of the product you are having trouble with (including the disc number, if a multi-disc set)
  • A BRIEF description of the problem
In most cases, we can simply send you a replacement at no charge, without the need to return the defective product.
 
 
OTHER EXCHANGES:
 

If you would like to exchange a product for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date.  As long as the product is returned to us in unused, re-sellable condition, we will apply 100% of the purchase price towards the purchase of any other products we currently offer.
